If this resonates with you and sounds like something you'd like to be a part of, we want to hear from you!The Role:The Resource Center Intake Specialist provides support to the agency and serves as part of the Information and Referral (I&R) team. You will be linking clients with appropriate community service providers, and organizations that empower individuals to live independently within their community. You will also be providing case management support for behavioral health, adult and youth and family clients.About You:You're someone that is always making connections and helping others wherever you go. When someone asks you for directions, you not only tell them the way, but you also help enter their desired location into a GPS, draw a detailed map on a napkin, then send them on their way with encouragement and a smile. You understand that every situation and challenge is unique, and you can pivot on a dime to connect people to the things they need.
