Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/24/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel GET JOB OFFERED WITHIN 24-48 HRS OF SUBMISSION TO THE FACILITY (AUTO OFFER POSITION) MUST HAVE: Critical thinking skills, EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip and heparin drip experience. Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred and peripheral iv skills. Advanced skills needed: ACLS. Experience with bipaps, high flow 02 and multiple oxygen delivery systems. Experience with stroke and post cardiac cath care. Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred. Experience with tube feedings and NG/dobhoff tubes. MUST HAVE 2 YRS OF HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS, NIH UNIT SPECIFICS: · Number of Beds : 630 has 34 beds/ 633 has 25 · Patient Ratios : 1:4 to 1:5 on days, 1:5 to 1:6 on nights · Type of equipment : bipaps, high flow o2, vapotherm, alaris pumps, cardiac drips, heparin drips, insulin drips, peritoneal dialysis.
