Life Care Centers of America is offering an excellent opportunity to join our leadership team as Regional Rehab Director to support our Inland Region which consists of 9 skilled nursing facilities throughout Idaho and NE Washington.
Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: $10,000
Working Conditions:
* This hybrid role requires the employee to reside in the Spokane, WA, Boise, ID, or Coeur d'Alene, ID area and travel regularly to the nine Skilled Nursing Facilities
* Works in facilities, offices, community sites, etc.
* Involved with residents, associates, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances
* Works beyond normal working hours as necessary
* Subject to falls, burns from equipment, odors, etc., during facility visits
* Possible exposure to infectious waste, diseases, etc., including exposure to AIDS and Hepatitis B viruses, during facility visits
Essential Functions:
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Must effectively oversee the facility rehab programs throughout the region
* Must direct growth, development, and maintenance of Rehab clinical programs in order to meet needs of the client population and business goals of organization
* Must be accountable for all aspects of fiscal management and outcomes for designated Rehab departments
* Must ensure compliance of all aspects of personnel management at facilities
* Must understand and follow company policies, including harassment and complaint procedures
* Must practice dependable, regular attendance
* Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
* Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
* Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours

Job Requirements:
* Active license in physical (BSPT, MSPT, DPT), occupational (BSOT, MSOT), or speech (MA, MS, CCC-SLP) therapy and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type.
* Current ASHA certification if speech therapist. Current NBCOT certification if occupational therapist.
* Currently registered/licensed with applicable state. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
* Two years' supervisory experience in long-term care or related setting.
* CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
