GHR Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced *Patient Service Representative/CNA* for a top-ranked health system in *Elmer, NJ*

_This is a temp to perm based on performance and practice needs._

*Pay $19-$21 per hour!*

*Schedule:*
* 36 hours per week
* 6:45PM - 7:15AM
* Full time 6-week contract temp to perm.

*Salary:* $19-$21/hour

*Job Description:*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
* Provide basic life support as needed and assist in emergency situations.
* Perform phlebotomy tasks for blood draws and lab tests when required.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care.
* Document patient information accurately in medical records.

*Job Requirements:*
* High School graduate or equivalent
* 2+ years of Patient Care Tech experience
* 2+ years of CNA experience
* PCT or CNA certification
