The Site Director will maintain and lead the clinical and operational processes of a physical clinic, building their own “center of excellence” by utilizing a collaborative approach to drive a best practice environment, focused on a wide range of activities designed to deliver quality ABA, OT and SLP clinical outcomes to our clients. The Site Director will be part of a regional and nationwide leadership team and have opportunities to share their expertise, collaborate with and learn from other Site Directors, Area Directors and industry leaders. The Director must hold a valid BCBA, OT, or SLP certification, and be prepared to lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

About What You’ll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties

Execute clinical policies and procedures and provide clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team

Promote a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans.

Mentor and supervise “clinicians in training” and review programs/reports for quality

Partner with Clinical Training and Q/A departments to provide top notch training opportunities at your Site

Maintain own client caseload; on average 15 billable hours/week dependent on company need larger for newer center, smaller for larger/established center

Serve as clinical escalation point for the center, and assist in parent grievance calls

Hold weekly Clinician Team meetings, monthly 1:1s with clinicians, and monthly clinical roundtables

Conduct initial assessments and FBAs

Conduct consultation/observation and overlaps throughout the quarter to all clients/clinicians

Administrative and Operational Excellence Duties

Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all services, including opening/closing center, cancellations, and staff/client scheduling.

Manage client placements, ensuring clients are receiving authorized hours and the center fulfills capacity requirements

Partner with Family Success, Insurance, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Training, and other departments to ensure center is fully staffed, properly trained and productive

Complete tours, intakes, and interviews on site

Manage metrics related to billed hours, productivity, and utilization and create goals for staff members

Managerial and Leadership Duties

Participate actively in the hiring process of RBTs, BCBAs, and Ancillary service staff.

Complete annual performance evaluations for all clinical staff members to determine potential for improvement and ensure treatment integrity.

Handle sensitive employee relations issues with integrity, either individually or with the assistance of Human Resources, and manage personnel issues

Perform both staff and parent check-ins at regular cadence to ensure satisfaction

Hold monthly All Team meeting at the site to ensure transparency and communication

Growth and Prescription Fulfillment Duties

Responsible for driving the execution of growth and expansion initiatives by partnering with Business Development team

Be the local spokesperson for services at your site and own community trainings and engagement opportunities

Create referral relationships and partnerships and maintain stellar relationships

Meet budgeted monthly growth goals and complete action items related to those growth goals alongside Sr. RD and VP of Operations

Metrics of Success-

80% center capacity filled

90% conversion in 48 hour period across all staff members

85% utilization of client authorized hours

Turnover: Less than 65% turnover BTs, 30% turnover Supervisors/Clinicians

Qualifications:

Either: Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, certified SLP-CCC, or Registered Occupational Therapist

Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working in a multi-disciplinary team setting

Outstanding interpersonal and operational leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading others

Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation

Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA practices

Compensation Range: $90K - $110K
