OVERVIEW

Vently is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience to join our growing technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment with potential for significant growth and equity participation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development & Implementation

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications

• Collaborate within a small, agile development team

• Implement new features and functionality

• Ensure code quality and best practices

• Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions

Technical Operations

• Work with NodeJS environments

• Manage web development projects

• Contribute to technical documentation

• Support deployment and maintenance

• Participate in code reviews

Team Collaboration

• Work effectively in small team environment

• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Participate in sprint planning and execution

• Contribute to process improvement

• Support team members as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years post-graduate experience in software development

• Proficiency in NodeJS

• Full stack development capabilities

• Experience with web development

• Track record of working in small team environments
