Here are the highlights:

  • Compensation: $60k–$105k base salary (may be negotiable), with expected first-year earnings of $100k–$150k+.
  • Key Responsibilities: Expand and strengthen distribution relationships with large distribution companies in key markets.
  • Experience: Candidates must have experience working with or for distribution channels.
  • Location: Based in Bolingbrook, with in-office attendance required daily. Flexibility may be available after training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships and boost revenue with large distribution companies.
  • Dedicate 80% of efforts to collaborating with major distributors and 20% to exploring new business opportunities.
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to meet client needs effectively.
  • Build and manage detailed customer profiles to tailor offerings and identify new opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market data to shape informed sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and quotes, securing approvals as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing customer support, addressing questions and challenges promptly.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven outside sales experience, preferably working with distributors.
  • Strong history of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships that drive growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and financial data.
