  • First Day Instructions
  • Sent by Inspira directly to the worker the Friday prior to Monday GEO.
  • The worker will receive three emails from Inspira: their manager to review scheduling, HR to review badge instructions and other policies, Education to schedule their orientation classes.
  • If your worker has not received FDI by 3pm on Friday, alert MSP.
  • Orientation Overview: Monday- Virtual GEO, Tuesday-Thursday – Classes with education, Friday-Sunday – Orientation Shifts.
  • Worker must be available the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation. No special scheduling for Orientation is permitted. If worker cannot attend full Orientation offer will be rescinded.
