- Practice Setting: Hospital with 4 ORs, 2 endo sites, OB
- Call Ratio: On average once every 4 weeks for a full-time staff
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 10-12
- Trauma Level III
- Locum Tenen Physician Required to Supervise CRNAs: Yes, care team model. Solo on call.
- Patient Age Demographic: 1 years and older
- Number of Operating Rooms: 4
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
