Locum - Delaware, Radiology Job remote or on site (IMLC Accepted)
  • Clinical Role:

    • Target start date and Length of need: Immediate start as soon as credentials
    • Providers will be reading for two sites
    • EMR system: EPIC
    • Reason for Coverage: Gap coverage; Critically short of RAD; 1 year w/ possible extension
    • FTE or Shifts per month needed: 2 FTE
    • Inpatient and Outpatient
    • Extending their Diagnostic Radiology need to include finding someone to cover day shifts 8a - 5p (including lunch break) Monday - Friday
    • This is to backfill a provider who's last day is mid December. They will consider remote options however onsite is preferred
    • Locums Shift Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 11p - 7a ending Monday 7a and day shifts 8a - 5p (including lunch break) Monday - Friday
    • Type of patients/Cases/Procedures Required:
      • CT
      • MRI
      • Xray
      • Final Reads
      • Mild Trauma
    • Coverage Dates: Monday - Friday including some weekends, 5 days a week
    • Vaccination Requirements: Flu
    • Minimum candidate commitment to consider: 2 weekends per month preferred but willing to look at all possibilities
    • Miscellaneous Information: Can work remote; they need to have their own workstations; It helps if they are used to working in the ER. Will see mild trauma but experience is not required
    • Typically there are 300 - 500 cases left over for our radiologist to read during their shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday night. The candidate would be asked to read as many as they can in a safe manner
    • About 60 cross sectional exams and some plain films
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
    • Active DE License - Required or IMLC
