Pediatric Pulmonologist - Locum Tenens

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Pediatric Pulmonologist for a locum tenens position in Illinois. This opportunity offers a fantastic chance for professional growth and community engagement.

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Pediatric Pulmonology

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Certification in sleep medicine

Schedule:

• Coverage needed starting December 2024, pending credentialing and payer enrollment

• Working hours: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

• Call duties shared with another Pediatric Pulmonologist in the office

• One week per month availability required

Assignment Dates for 2025:

• January 6 - January 13

• January 20 - January 27

• February 3 - February 10

• February 17 - February 24

• March 3 - March 10

• March 15 - March 24

• April 7 - April 21

• April 28 - May 5

Licensing:

• Active Illinois medical license is required

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required

Submission Requirements:

• BC/BE in Pediatric Pulmonology (Required)

• Active Illinois License (Required)

• Availability as per the requested dates (Required)

• Two references per the Stratum Med process (Required)

• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates (Highly Preferred)

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (Required)

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)

• Board Certified

• Board Eligible
