Collaborate with a team of six Orthopedic Surgeons and six Pain Management specialists to provide comprehensive care. Participate in a shared 1:5 call rotation (no trauma center call). The first two years include a guaranteed salary with performance-based bonuses, ensuring financial growth as you establish your practice. As a partner, earning potential reaches up to $1.2 million annually, based on production and practice growth.
