A Family Practice Physician is sought for a locum tenens position in Kalamazoo County, MI, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. Our client in Kalamazoo County, MI is in need of a Locum or Locum to Perm Family Medicine Physician, for an ongoing assignment!
Job details:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing until perm hired
- M-F, 8a-5p, w/1 hour lunch
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: 2-3 midlevels, MAs, triage nurses, BH consult team
- Ambulatory, walk-ins, full range, after hospital stay visits. 20 min appts, some telehealth
- 20+ patients per day, very fast paced
- All ages, newborn to death.
- Underserved population. Sees any insurance, Medicaid, Medicare.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MI license required
- 5 years experience, no new grads
- Clean malpractice
- Covid vaccinated
