We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controls Technician to join our fast-paced Engineering team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their technical skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position is instrumental in maintaining and improving our control systems, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HDMI technology, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Controls Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving control systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Providing technical support for HDMI and other control systems, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
3. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new control systems.
4. Conducting routine inspections of control systems to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
5. Training team members on the proper use and maintenance of control systems.
6. Documenting all control system activities, including system changes, issues, and resolutions.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest control system technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Controls Technician position, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a control technician role, preferably in the engineering industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of HDMI and other control systems.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot control system issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
5. A team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
6. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and resolve them before they cause a problem.
