Summary
The Supply Chain Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers and ensures the timely production of high-quality products. This critical role will lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on increasing supply chain efficiencies, reducing costs, and partnering with manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Support NA planning programs to optimize supply chain efficiency and alignment with the overall business objectives. Communicate risks within the raw material plans that could impact the ability to achieve finished goods output targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Quality team to ensure accurate production planning and inventory management. Communicate with key stakeholders on root cause of deviations to the established production plans and provide recovery plans to meet established objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning for future capacity, aligning supply chain strategies with long-term CAPEX planning.
• Drive decision-making processes to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize excess inventory.
• Manage and partner with dedicated managers/supervisors regarding plants, warehousing, material handlers, plant planning, and plant purchasing. Ensure optimization regarding effective storage, retrieval, and distribution of materials.
• Implement inventory management strategies across the plants to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in material handling, planning, and procurement. Partner with logistics and key stakeholders on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiencies, and reducing costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Analyze net requirements, capacity constraints, and material requirements for driving production plan.
• Lead the supply chain department in identifying potential system and/or process constraints and brainstorming potential solutions and process improvements.
• Create a continuous improvement culture within the supply chain team.
• Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining and aligning with plant safety objectives.
• Provide guidance & leadership to the materials management team, establish clear goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Work with HR on identifying talent needs, recruitment of high performing talent, and ensuring adequate staffing to meet business requirements.

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering along with 10+ years’ experience in the supply chain field with 3+ years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• APICS certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
