Job Description

The Client Relations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that supports employee success. This includes overseeing office procedures, coordinating activities, and maintaining a productive and safe workspace.

Pay - Rate: $30.00/hr

Shift: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office procedures, systems, and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for office and remote employees, including facility-related tasks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for building management, overseeing maintenance, upkeep, and utility services, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and lead initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
  • Research, analyze, and prepare first drafts of reports on administrative matters for the supervisor.
  • Support the Sales and Delivery teams with customer relationship management tasks, including welcoming guests and providing logistics support for office events.
  • Monitor office supply levels, order new stationery, furniture, electronics, and appliances as needed.
  • Organize maintenance services to ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Report office progress to senior management and collaborate on improving office operations and procedures.
  • Assist with office invoicing and other related tasks.
  • Provide security access to employees and visitors in compliance with company policies, updating access control records as necessary.
  • Issue visitor badges and guide them to appropriate sign-in locations.
  • Maintain and update floor plans and seating arrangements.
  • Manage conference room bookings and shared spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.
  • Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available for those with disabilities.

Education & Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, such as office clerk, administrative assistant, or secretary.
  • Previous supervisory experienced required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle tasks like drafting reports, assigning tasks, and managing vendor contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing company or office needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
