A client/employer in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist to join their team. This person will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to current customers while receiving inbound calls to support existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have at 1.5+ years of experience working in a high call volume environment, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues.

This person must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a 4 month contract but top performers will be converted to permanent roles. Once converted to a full time employee, this person will be eligible to make commission.
