GENERAL OVERVIEW

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams, you will ensure that our software solutions meet business objectives and deliver value to users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, and technical requirements for the development team.

• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, and QA) to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

• Identify and evaluate gaps in current processes and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to refine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

• Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Support the QA team by reviewing test cases and ensuring they align with requirements.

• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as creating process flows, wireframes, and use cases.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in FinTech, Healthcare, or SaaS.

• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or similar.

• Familiarity with programming concepts or scripting languages to support technical discussions.
