Your new role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

This Project Manager will oversee 4-5 projects at a time, with an average project size of 2-5 million/ 3,000 – 15,000 square feet.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Experience in Healthcare, Interiors, Retail, or Occupied Renovations is preferred
• Ability to run your own work as a standalone Project Manager
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
