Project Manager Opportunity – Centreville, VA

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for heavy civil construction and site development?

One of the leading contractors in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex site-work projects, including excavation, grading, stormwater systems, and utilities, in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of site development projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and field teams to resolve challenges and ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of site utilities, excavation, and grading.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with contract values exceeding $10M.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (HCSS, Procore, or similar tools preferred).
