Electrical Engineer III – Power Your Career in Aerospace & Defense

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, cost, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Define, decompose, and manage product and process requirements to support new product development, sustaining engineering, and R&D efforts.
  • Plan, estimate, and prioritize work to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to technical challenges.
  • Prepare technical reports, design documentation, proposals, and other materials to satisfy customer and program requirements.
  • Lead functional, acceptance, qualification, and development testing for new or modified designs.
  • Apply engineering tools, methods, and design software to develop innovative solutions in analog circuit design, high-power circuit design, and magnetics design.
  • Support continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen and 5S practices, to maintain an efficient, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively across engineering, operations, quality, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of project goals.
  • Analyze design requirements and develop thorough, reliable, and manufacturable designs that meet customer specifications.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in electrical engineering with expertise in power electronics, analog circuit design, and high-power systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in switching power supply topologies and magnetics design.
  • Strong understanding circuit design
  • Hands-on experience with design software and tools.
  • Eligibility: Must meet U.S. Department of Defense ITAR requirements for access to controlled data.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional lab and manufacturing environment exposure.
  • Minimal travel (up to 10%) may be required for customer meetings, design reviews, or testing support.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $107,200 - $145,200 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
  • Additional Benefits:
