Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: Flexible Mon-Fri between 8:30A-7:30P
*Hybrid schedule available after 90 days*
Compensation: $22.00/hr-$24.00/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with enrolling into their accounts
- Participate in opening and closing tax accounts
- Work with tax authorities to resolve issues that clients may have
- Inform current and potential clients on employment tax complications.
- Interact with Federal, State, and Local tax accounts
Requirements: - Professional Phone etiquette
- Tech Savvy
- Detail oriented
- Great data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledgeable on payroll accounting preferred
- Experience handling taxes preferred
- Customer service experience
