What your future day will look like:
- Oversee branch operational excellence by meeting budgets, maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards, managing talent recruiting and ensuring team development.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication, addressing customer needs and utilizing CRM tools to grow profitable sales.
- Develop and implement account plans, manage quotations, and leverage strategic pricing initiatives to drive customer-focused solutions and meet KPIs.
- Act as a mentor to develop an elite operations team while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Provide regular performance updates through variance analysis, goal tracking and adherence to corporate standards and policies.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse/distributor environment as an operations/branch manager or assistant branch manager or equivalent industry experience.
- Microsoft Word/Excel and CRM or WMS type software.
