Job Title: Family Practice Physician

Shift: Days, Full

Location: Forks, WA

Annual Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $245,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary health care for patients across all age groups.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat medical conditions in infants, children, adults, and elderly patients.
• Use scientific and logical thinking to analyze data, solve problems, and interpret medical records and instructions.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon's License.
• Strong ability to read and interpret medical literature, prescriptions, and technical instructions.
• Ability to make sound medical judgments based on established medical knowledge and principles.
