DataStaff, Inc is in need of a Mobile Deployment Technician for a contract opportunity for one of our direct clients in Charlotte, NC.

*This position is onsite

Responsibilities:

• Assist with upgrading iPhones and iPads, including assisting end users with initial setup and migration.
• Help with mobile device refreshes and replacements, and collaborate with other IT professionals to execute large-scale migration projects.
• Upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolving any difficulties and educating users on appropriate usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Able to work without assistance
• Can provide limited leadership to others
• Able to manage medium complexity work efforts
• May have industry experience

Required Skills:

• 2 Years experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds daily
• Ability to stand and walk in a classroom setting daily

Desired Skills:

• 1 Years - Mobile Device Management experience
