LCSW- Behavioral Health- $10K SIGN ON BONUS Horizon Health is seeking a LCSW for our BRAND NEW unit called AlTru in Grand Forks, ND. This unit will be a 24 bed inpatient unit for both adult and pediatric patients. We are also planning to expand to an additional 24 beds in 2026. Altru Health System
