Title - Total Rewards Manager
Hours: 8-5 pm, Hybrid
Location: Skokie, IL
Salary: up to $135K

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or long-term care industry is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CCP or CEBS are a plus.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement a strategic total rewards framework that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Manage the design, delivery, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structure.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to design recognition programs that promote employee engagement.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and management teams on total rewards policies.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality benefits and services.
- Monitor program effectiveness and employee satisfaction, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
