Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer to support brand development and creative execution for a leading global organization. This role is part of a dynamic internal creative team composed of designers, copywriters, production designers, and brand managers, all driven by customer obsession and a commitment to delivering compelling, memorable campaigns and exceptional design solutions.


Location: Seattle, WA (remote w/ occasional onsite meetings)

Duration: 11 months (through end of 2025)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $45-54/hour


The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role involves executing creative concepts, managing multiple projects, and strengthening brand assets across diverse categories, including digital, print, and social platforms. Flexibility, a collaborative mindset, and technical expertise are critical to success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to execute a range of design projects, including branding, templates, web design, digital display, out-of-home, and social media campaigns.
  • Contribute to brand thinking and develop brand standards while supporting creative concept execution.
  • Perform tasks to ensure team efficiency, such as creating design comps, managing assets (fonts, stock imagery, and design tools), and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Partner with content teams to understand requirements and capabilities for creative deliverables.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain brand assets, including logos, icons, patterns, and style guides, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Prepare final assets for global distribution and use tools to track, publish, distribute, archive, or review creative assets.
  • Provide adaptive design support when needed to meet team or project needs.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional design experience with a robust online portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design and presentation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong fluency in digital content art direction and production.
  • Hands-on experience with typography and image standards for web and digital platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Superior attention to detail, with strong organizational skills for file structuring, versioning, and archiving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create illustrated assets from a style guide or reference file is a plus.
