Job Description

The Bilingual Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and be proficient in various project management software tools.

Duties

  • Handle permits and ensure compliance.
  • Hire and oversee subcontractors.
  • Perform site inspections and report findings.
  • Communicate with landlord and document agreements.
  • Provide weekly progress updates.
  • Send out Letter of Intent for new projects

Skills

  • 5+ years of construction project management.
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Proficiency in construction management software (HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera).
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and project coordination.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of schematics and the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.


Ability to work in Greenville, Fayetteville and Wilmington, NC along with Myrtle Beach, Columbia and Charleston, SC.
