LaSalle Network has recently partnered with a full-service commercial bank headquartered in Chicago. It operates over 40 branch locations throughout the Chicago and Milwaukee metropolitan areas. Their team is currently seeking a Collections Representative to work onsite in their Bannockburn IL office.
Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound calls to customers, about 25-50 calls per day
• Following up and collecting on past-due accounts
• Additionally handling Inbound calls and emails
• Updating customer information

Collections Representative Requirements:

• 3+ years collections experience in a B2B environment
• Industry experience in equipment leasing
• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge in Aspire software is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must have strong written and verbal communication
