Title: Managed Care Coordinator UM II
Location: ONSITE - Columbia SC
Duration: 3 + months
Pay: $25-31$ per hour.
Job Description:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and have critical thinking skills.
- Experience in case management or care coordination and telephonic care experience is preferred.
- Please provide a few sentences describing what a typical day would like in this role: A typical day would be managing a case load of members telephonically, coordinating care including discharge planning.
- Assisting with triage when needed.
- Candidates with limited clinical experience.

Notes: - NON SCA CONTRACT TO HIRE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-4:30PM OR 8:30AM-5PM
- PANEL INTERVIEWS ON MS TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE ONSITE FOR THE 1ST WEEK AND THEN WILL BE DEPLOYED TO WORK FROM HOME.
- CLIENT WILL PROVIDE THE EQUIPMENT.
- MUST BE A LOCAL CANIDATE OR NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS FROM THE CLIENT SITE
