Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals by offering tailored investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning. You will collaborate with the firm’s leadership and other team members to deliver a holistic client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized advice.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that cover retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, insurance, and charitable giving.
- Monitor client portfolios and make strategic adjustments to ensure optimal performance and alignment with client goals.
- Work closely with the firm’s leadership and team members to deliver coordinated financial advice and services.
- Provide expertise on corporate benefits, net worth/cash flow planning, business owner strategies, and educational planning.
- Stay up to date on market trends and industry regulations to ensure clients receive relevant and timely advice.
- Uphold the firm’s core values of proactive community impact, collaboration, innovation, discipline, and exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial advising or wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning, and wealth management techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, family-like environment.
- CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation preferred.
- Strong commitment to the firm’s values of transparency, objectivity, and client-first service.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
