We are recruiting for a small New York firm seeking an exceptional litigation associate with at least three years of solid experience. The candidate must be admitted to practice in both New York AND New Jersey and possess outstanding legal research and writing skills. Asbestos defense is a big plus, but not required. The ideal candidate excels at addressing complex legal issues and crafting persuasive, compelling briefs. This role emphasizes research and writing within the context of products liability and commercial litigation. Courtroom experience is not necessary. This position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000–$250,000, depending on experience and skill set, and includes the flexibility to work primarily remotely.
