Technical Designer

We have exciting opportunity for mid level Technical Designer,to work with activewear cateogry.

Onsite fulltime in house role in Santa Ana, CA

Salary range: $50-70K

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for men's activewear, overseeing all phases from concept to final production.
• Collaborate with overseas suppliers to manage all stages of product development.
• Conduct fit sessions, review samples, and provide precise technical specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with Production and Sales teams to coordinate design, quality, and customer requirements.
• Oversee pattern adjustments, grading, and garment construction to ensure optimal sizing and fit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in men’s technical design, ideally in activewear; salary commensurate with experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel, with strong technical skills for managing data and specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fabric characteristics.
• experience working with overseas suppliers and coordinating product development.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision.
