• Position Purpose : This role is new, created to support the Controls Manager and lead the growing Automation Engineering Services Team.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Understand controls architectures, hardware, and software (PLC, robots, and related equipment).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Identify project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate work schedules and manage the team.
• Skills Required :
• Basic project management abilities.
• Familiarity with motion controls, automation, and robotics.
• Proficiency in programming PLC systems (Rockwell/Siemens preferred) or robots (Fanuc).
• Qualifications :
• BSEE or equivalent degree (Associate’s acceptable with relevant experience).
• Strong managerial and supervisory skills.
• 3+ years of management or team lead experience
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
