Your Role:

  • Project Coordination & Safety: Maintain safety standards, manage project planning, and develop pre-job plans. Oversee construction techniques and site utilization.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare and update CPM schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors. Conduct weekly meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Cost & Time Management: Maintain accurate time-keeping and cost records, review labor reports, and manage the Quality Control Program.
  • Jobsite Management: Ensure a clean and orderly jobsite, mitigate potential change orders, and close out projects in compliance with contract documents.
  • Talent Development: Support and energize your team, foster a learning environment, participate in onboarding and training, and conduct performance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a superintendent, preferably in commercial construction. K-12 experience is a plus. Proficiency in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and construction production is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore is strongly preferred.
