Title: Project Manager

Location : Onsite in Reno, NV + Heavy Travel

• Travel across Nevada as well as Southern California/Imperial Valley
• Overnight travel involved!

Duration: PERM

Hours: Day Shift (40 hours/week)

Salary: $97,400-$121,750/yr.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering/Construction management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management role
• experience supervising 1-2 large projects builds at a time
• experience overseeing a construction project from design to operation (will be required to create a budget , schedule and risk matrix for a solar PV project)

Plusses:

• PMP certification or commitment to achieve!
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Bahasa).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee pad construction, well permitting, drilling, and interventions, including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and logistics.
• Partner with specialists to plan and execute multi-well drilling campaigns and well field development.
• Manage project documentation, ensure high-quality work, and conduct site visits for progress and QA/QC checks.
• Develop project scopes, manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate with procurement for goods and services.
• Enhance project management processes, conduct post-project reviews, and travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
