Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for an HR Business Partner on a contract-to-hire basis for a large renewable energy corporation. This role will support HR policies and initiatives for the company, collaborating within and across internal teams. Successful candidates will have previous relevant experience within a large organization. The expected duration of the assignment will be 12 months, with a likely permanent role available after the contract, and will be based on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/week) in the company's downtown Houston office.
- Bachelor's degree is required for consideration; SHRM certification is a plus
- Previous HRBP or similar level experience within a large corporation required
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and tasks while updating internal stakeholders
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
