Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers, assigning daily tasks and responsibilities
• Mentor and train junior engineers, ensuring they develop the necessary skills for their roles
• Deliver weekly project progress reports to management
• Perform engineering calculations for drives, shafts, cylinders, and bearings

Job Qualifications

• Must have conveyor experience, (preferably Power and Free and Skid conveyor systems)
• 5-10 years of engineering and design experience
