Job Description

The Account Relations Team Clinical Coordinator is a full-time position with both in-person and work-from-home capabilities within the Clinical Coordination Team. Our home office is located in Framingham, MA and offers PTO, sick leave, and full medical and dental benefits.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Manage administrative intake of cases
  • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical team to manage requests for services from providers
  • Collect and record medical information
  • Review medico-legal forms
  • Handle resolution/inquiries from providers
  • Manage product kit coordination from providers to our lab
  • Facilitate client on-boardings (occasional travel to hospitals/clinics)
  • Work alongside clinical coordination team, marketing, sales, and operations facilitating genetic testing orders


Position Requirements:


  • College degree – Life Sciences preferred
  • Strong base knowledge of genetics
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
