  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support functional and performance test development for omnichannel projects.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor execution to report quality metrics.
  • Enhance existing automation frameworks with innovative solutions, ensuring continuous improvement in testing tools and processes.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure seamless test execution and delivery.
  • Participate in the setup, execution, and monitoring of end-to-end functional and performance testing cycles.

  • Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Pytest, Playwright (preferred), Appium, and requests API.
  • Techniques: Familiar with modern testing practices such as BDD, POM, and test parallelization.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git for branching, commits, code reviews, and merges.
  • CI/CD: Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub).
  • Cloud & Containerization: Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, and Prometheus/Grafana monitoring tools.
  • Retail Domain: Experience with retail/e-commerce automation testing (preferred).
  • Framework Design: Ability to create custom automation frameworks with sound design patterns.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Datadog, Azure APIM, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Strong technical documentation and project management skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Top Skills: Python, Playwright, requests API, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Standout Traits: Strong coding and framework design skills, experience with automation for both web and API testing, and familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Cultural Fit: A team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning.

Additional Details:

  • Work Hours: 40 hours/week (flexible within standard business hours).
  • Interview Process: Managerial and technical interviews with 2-4 team members.
  • Why Join? This role is newly created to support a mobile app 2.0 project and offers an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives in a collaborative environment.
