Permanent Senior Living Executive Director - Chevy Chase, MD

LeaderStat is partnering with a well-established national senior living provider who is seeking a permanent Executive Director for their upscale community that delivers hotel-style hospitality (Independent and Assisted Living) in Chevy Chase, MD.

The Executive Director is a visible leader displaying a high level of interaction with residents and their families, similar to a five star hotel. This person will have access to the resources of a national company with an excellent corporate support structure, as well as room for career growth for top performers.

Executive Director qualifications:

• Assisted Living Administrator's license (active and in good standing)
• Senior Living Executive Director experience (3+ years)
• Senior Living operations with a strong marketing/sales background
• Successful business and financial acumen
• Stellar hospitality/customer service skills
• Those with strong hospitality/retail experience may be considered
