In this role you'll be providing comprehensive support to family law attorneys by conducting legal research, document drafting, court filings, and scheduling. Other key responsibilities include client interaction, case management, and administrative support.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal in North Carolina
• Certified Paralegal by the North Carolina State Bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working through Chatham, Lee and Wake County courts and understanding of Divorce from Bed and Board (DBB) are pluses
