Job Description

Overview:

The SPARC Group team is looking for a Licensing Coordinator to support the ever-expanding licensing business. This person will work alongside the Collaborations team and offer administrative support as well as communication and follow-through with internal teams and external licensing business partners.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the licensed product processes from concept to distribution of multiple licenses
Own all tracking compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements
Coordinate and maintain accuracy of product tracking sheets, licensor submission portals, and product approval process
Assist Licensing team with forecasting and product reporting
Main contact for internal communication regarding contractual licensing rights and obligations
Serve as the point person for licensor partner requests, and work closely to communicate key and resolve potential issues
Special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Licensing understanding a plus
Self-starter who can work autonomously at times with a strong sense of initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Heavy data entry familiarity
Must have strong attention to detail for compliance and audit purposes
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines
Excellent time management skills to help successfully prioritize and complete projects on time
Strong follow-through
Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms
Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Travel may be required, based on business needs.
Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.

Requirements & EEO Statement:
The salary range for this position is $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
