    Job Details
  • Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process.
  • Accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department.
    Job Requirements
  • Experience in Home Health Nursing.
  • Knowledge of Home Health compliance.
  • Knowledge of patient management and techniques for physical intervention.
  • Satisfactorily completed the hospital orientation program.
  • Meet additional credentials for special care unit as indicated in skills checklist.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Multipliers - No increased rate for OT, Holiday, and Call-Back
  • Rebate - This client has a rebate of 1% of all billings related to this assignment; passthrough expenses are not subject to any rebates.
  • Orientation - Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays; Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
  • Call Policy - On Call paid out at $2 per hour with 1 Hour Minimum.
  • Local Policy - Applicants within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered for a placement at 11% less the travel rate.
    Additional Details
  • At least 1 year of experience - Required
  • Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
  • Reliable transportation - Required
  • Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
  • Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH - Preferred)
  • Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
