•Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement
•Bread and butter General Surgery with scopes - nicely varied/ case mix
•Working out of 2 ORs at a time (i.e. swing rooms) is the norm here
•1:1 dedicated APP support
•Highly competent OR team: great relationship w Anesthesia and well-tenured techs & nurses,
•Minimal call, 1:4. Taken primarily by phone - no trauma designation. Generous 1 hour return-to-facility
•Option for robotics 1-2 days/mo.
