Seeking a BE/ BC certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand their current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services.
- Considering experienced providers only to start a new practice
- Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Experience with program building preferred
- Inpatient with limited outpatient services
