Accountant for the Global Accounting Team ($85,000/year)About the opening:- $85,000/year plus a bonus structure
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Integral role in a global financial team
Responsibilities:- Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal reports
- Collaborate with Global Payroll for accurate multinational accounting
- Analyze and report on compensation expenses and financial results
- Ensure timely regulatory filings and survey submissions
- Provide support for external audits and procedural documentation
- Improve operational processes and financial systems
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; accounting experience essential
- 1-3 years of experience, with a preference for compensation accounting
- Proficient in Excel; Workday experience is advantageous
- Capable of managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proven maturity and initiative
