Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 13 weeks On Call: No Weekend: Yes - 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule Floating: Yes – Peds possible Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center, Heart Center and Pediatric Emergency Department. Job Requirements Current Michigan state license required. ACLS certification required. BLS certification required (American Heart Association). PALS certification required. TNCC certification required for ER placements. ENPC certification required (pending acceptance). NIH Stroke certification required due to facility's stroke center designation. Level I trauma experience required. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. Schedule Information RTO must be submitted at time of submittal, no additional RTO will be approved later on. RTO blocked from 3/31-4/13 and 4/18-4/20. High patient ratios of 1:5-6, could be up to 8 depending on patient influx. Unit Specific Information Currently experiencing high patient ratios. Additional Details Traveler must have Level I trauma experience. Traveler agrees to work 3 weekends (Fri-Sun) per 4 week schedule. Traveler acknowledgment of high ratios (1:5-6, could be up to 8). Modules are NOT billable; please margin for 5 hours.
