We are seeking a passionate, experienced Floor Manager to lead and inspire our team. Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, management experience preferred but not required
• Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a happy and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
• Basic understanding of quality and cost control
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Create a happy work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition and growth
• Have an active ServSafe Food Safety and Tips Certificate
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
